For deep glass scratches, the technician starts with a coarse glass scratch removal disc, followed by a medium coarse disc then a medium disc, and finally a fine glass scratch removal disc. With the glass scratch removed, the final stage is polishing the glass back to it's original shine, which is accomplished by using either a polish impregnated disc, or the use of a glass polishing compound applied with a polishing pad.
